Objective:To investigate the expression of ErbB2、Ebp1in cervical cancer and adjacent tissue by immunohistochemical method, To explore the relationship of ErbB2、Ebpl and the clinical indicators of cervical cancer. To provide a theoretical basis for targeted drug therapy of cervical cancer. Methods:ImmunohistoChemistry method(SP method)was used to detect the expression of ErbB2and Ebpl protein in40cervical cancer and40adjacent tissues. Results:ErbB2protein expression rate was72.5%in cervical cancer, significantly higher than the rate of7.5%of ErbB2protein expression in adjacent tissue (P<0.05). The rate of Ebpl protein expression in cervical cancer was32.5%, significantly higher than the rate of5.0%of Ebpl protein expression in adjacent tissue (P<0.05).The expression of ErbB2and Ebpl were not related to age, tumor differentiation, and family tumor history of Patient. However, the high level expression of ErbB2and Ebpl were positively correlated with the TNM staging, lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined determination of ErbB2and Ebpl in cervical cancer is helpful to judgment of metastasis and prognosis and provide the basis for the study of tumor immunotherapy.
