ObjectiveTo discuss influence of the depression, anxiety, stress, personality traits and the monoamine neurotransmitters, to the the pathogenesis of Chronic prostatitis; while exploring the influence to the degree of inflammation in chronic prostatitis by the changes of these negative emotions and the concentration of monoamine neurotransmitters. Methods To choose different types of chronic prostatitis patients and volunteers, and exam their EPS; then all the participants will be divided into three group by the EPS examination results and the symptoms; the dominant group:the EPS exam is positive and with symptoms; recessive group:the EPS exam is positive but without symptoms; normal group:EPS exam is negative and without symptoms. Three groups members will be tested the concentration of5-HT and DA in the blood, as well as evaluated by16PF, SDS and SAS scales, and then use statistical methods to analyze the differences between the results of each project in each group.ResultsThe score of Recessive group on the sophistication trait is significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.05);0n anxiety trait, the score of dominant group is significantly higher than recessive illness group (P<0.05) and normal group (P<0.01), while the score of recessive group also significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01);on the nervous trait, the score of dominant and recessive group are both significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.01);the Score of dominant group on the SAS scale is significantly higher than the recessive group (P<0.05) and normal group (P<0.05), while recessive group on this scale also scored significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.05);the score of dominant group on the SAS Scale is significantly higher than the recessive group and the normal group (P<0.01), whereas there is no significant difference between the recessive group and the normal group;the the concentration of5-HT in the blood sample of Dominant group is significantly lower than recessive group and the normal group (P<0.05); while no significant difference between recessive group and normal group(P>0.05); the the concentration of DA in the blood sample of Dominant group is also significantly lower than the normal group (P<0.05), but the difference between the recessive group was not statistically significant (P>0.05);the WBC degree in the EPS between the dominant group and the recessive group is not statistically significant (P>0.05), while only analyze in the dominant group or the recessive group, or jointly analyze the two groups, the correlation isn’t be found between the WBC degree and DA or5-HT (P>0.05).ConclusionThere is relationship between pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis and psychological factors and neurotransmitters, the man with anxiety, depression emotions or sophisticated, nervous trait would be prone to the chronic prostatitis, but these emotions or trait is not correlate to the inflammation degree of the prostatitis, they are correlate to the symptoms of the chronic prostatitis.
