ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese with western medicine treatment by observing the postoperative pregnancy rate and the impact of tubal patency among patients of tubal obstruction infertility combining the laparoscopic surgery with the multi-way therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and to explore the development of a comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, which is reasonable, optimized, and easy to promote.MethodThrough the prospective, randomized, controlled clinical trial design,64cases of patients diagnosed as tubal obstruction infertility after the standard laparoscopic surgery were included in this study. Through a completely random method, the subjects were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group combined with multi-way therapy of traditional Chinese medicine after laparoscopic surgery, and the control group had been operated alone. The tubal patency, clinical pregnancy outcomes and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed after the surgery in one year.ResultBaseline data between the two groups that showed no significant difference (P>0.05) was comparable. Differences in pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy between the treatment group and the control one were statistically significant (P<0.05). Ectopic pregnancy rate in the control group was10.00%, ectopic pregnancy rate in the treatment group was6.67%, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The treatment group’s cure rate was63.33%, and its efficiency was23.33%. The control group’s cure rate was36.66%, and its efficiency was23.33%. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups. The coincidence rate hystero-salpingography and laparoscopic methylene blue fluid techniqueswas72.6%, which showed a higher consistency. There was statistical significance in difference between scores of the main symptom before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and scores after each group’s treatment, and improvement in symptoms in the treatment group was better than the control one. Treatment-related adverse reactions didn’t happen in two groups of patients during treatment period.ConelusionCombining the laparoscopic surgery with the multi-may therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, this therapy can improve the pregnancy rate, the intrauterine pregnancy rate, and is beneficial to recover the tubal function and to maintain tubal patency after surgery for patients of tubal obstruction infertility. The comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve clinical symptoms. It is safe and effective, non-toxic side effect, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
