Infertility, as a common disease, bothers many women of childbearing age, which may be caused by either two sexes or one sex. Though this disease is not fatal, it may bring about family dissension and personal psychological trauma, and has become a medical and social problem to affect the physical and mental health of both males and females.With the advancement of the society, the number of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction rises up. According to the infertility etiology investigation conducted by WHO in1990, the fallopian tube accounts for39%of Asian women’s infertility factors, topping the list. At present, the mainstream treatment for infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction is fallopian tube recanalization. Though the treatment has had a satisfying effect, it still has some disadvantages, such as low pregnancy rate, unsatisfying fallopian tube adhesion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate.The cases of this research are all the resident patients from the gynaecology at Xuzhou Hospital of TCM. According to the clinical diagnosis standard strictly,the inclusion criteria and diagnostic criteria,reseach the clinical cases were grouped qualified,by statistical means,whether there are differences in the efficacy.Objective:study of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of proximal obstruction infertility patients after percutaneous coronary intervention in the position of the fallopian tube.Methods:to choose265cases from the patients suffering from the proximal tubal blockage who were hospitalized in gynaecology of Xuzhou Hospital of TCM in2010and2011respectively, and they are divided into92cases in control group and173cased in treatment group. To apply the intervention therapy of fallopian tube and the intervention therapy combined with the application of blood activating and stasis dissolving into the cases, to observe the clinical effects of the two groups, to analyze the obtained data by statistics and to compare the two therapiesResults:the total pregnancy rate of the combined treatment group is53.18%, the total pregnancy rate of the control group is39.13%, there are significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical effects of the combined treatment group are much better than the interventional therapy group.
