The Clinical Study Of Autohemotherapy Combined Shenque Cupping Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria

Objective:Through randomized controlled study method, This topic research is to evaluate the clinical effect of autoblood point injection therapy combined with Shenque cupping in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria, relapse and adverse reactions, and to explore its mechanism, to provide clinical basis for this method of promotion.Method:In this study, according to the industry standard " TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of the standard "of Chronic urticaria released by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in1994、strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,61Chronic Urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (70patients) which received autoblood point injection therapy combined with Shenque cupping, and control group (30patients) which only had oral administration of loratadine atthe same dose as those in therapy group. Clinical effects were evaluated after2weeks and4weeks of treatment.Results:Results:After two weeks of treatment, treatment group cured in2cases,2cases had marked effect,12cases were effectively,14cases ineffective, the total effective rate was53.33%; The control group,3were cured,4cases were markedly effective, effective in11cases,13cases of invalid, the total effective rate was58.06%. After four weeks of treatment, the treatment group,10cases were cured,6cases had marked effect,10cases were effective,4had no effect, the total effective rate was86.67%; The control group,7were cured,4cases were markedly effective, effective in14cases,6cases of invalid, the total effective rate was80.64%. Though the statistical test, the two treatment methods treated chronic urticaria were evaluated after2weeks and4weeks of treatment,no difference in efficacy (P<0.05). Therefore, the two groups of treating chronic urticariawere significantly curative effect. In the treatment group, the curative effect of2weeks treatment is more significant difference than4weeks treatment (P<0.05); But the control group is not (P>0.05). If the Condition is heavier, or the durationthe is longer, the efficiency of two groups treating chronic urticaria is poor. Due to the small sample size and the further statistical analysis have been made.After2months, the results follow-up is that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group’s(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blood therapy combined with Shenque cupping and oral antihistamines loratadine these two methods all could improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic urticaria after2weeks and4weeks of treatment, such as reducing wind group number, shorten the duration and so on, to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic urticaria. In the treatment group, The curative effect of4weeks treatment was better than2weeks, but the control group not. It could relieve the clinical symptoms (wind group size, duration), improve the quality of life. If the Condition is heavier, or the durationthe is longer, the efficiency of two ways to treat chronic urticaria is poor. But the sample size is too small, no further statistical analysis. After2months, the results follow-up is that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group’s. Thus, from the study, Autoblood point injection therapy combined with Shenque cupping is an effective treatment for Chronic Urticaria, and no drug side effects, relapse prevention, safe, etc., can be applied with clinical and further study.
