Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Of Wind-heat Type With Back Cupping Combined With Shenque Cupping Based On Xuanfu Theory

Objective:By comparing two different methods of treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy of back cupping therapy,Shenque acupoint cupping therapy combined with Xiaofeng add and subtract decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type,and to provide an effective methods for clinical treatment.Method:80 cases of patients with chronic urticaria of wind-heat type according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with back cupping therapy,Shenque acupoint cupping therapy combined with Xiaofeng add and subtract decoction,while the control group was treated with Xiaofeng add and subtract decoction.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,the scores were evaluated according to the therapeutic indicators.The changes of the scores,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the therapeutic indicators before and after treatment were analyzed according to statistics.Result:(1)The main symptoms and signs of the number of the wind groups,the diameter of the wind group,the number of attacks,the duration,skin scratch sign and itching degree of the two groups were compared before and treatment.The scores of each therapeutic index were P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups had significant improvement in the six symptoms and signs of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type.(2)The efficacy of the points were compared between groups after the treatment of 2 weeks and 4weeks.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups in improving the wind-heat type of chronic urticaria the number of the wind groups,wind group diameter,the number of attacks,the duration,skin scratch sign and itching degree and other aspect of the effect was quite.(3)Comprehensive curative effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,and that of the control group was 77.50%,showing significant difference(P < 0.05).Indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower,showing significant difference compared the control group(P < 0.05).(5)During the treatment period,there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group were effective in treating chronic urticaria of wind-heat type in general.Two groups in improving the the number of the wind groups,wind group diameter,the number of attacks,the duration,skin scratch sign and itching degree are similar.(2)Using back cupping therapy,Shenque acupoint cupping therapy combined with Xiaofeng add and subtract decoction can control the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria of wind-heat type more effectively,with better long-term effect and no adverse reactions.
