ObjectiveThe incidence of hemorrhoids is high. When hemorrhoids develop III, IV stage, most after conservative treatment, the effect is not ideal, they often require surgical therapy. The problem of wound healing after surgery is an important issue related to the duration of disease and illness healing. For mixed hemorrhoid surgery mouth open, local external treatment is undoubtedly an effective method of treatment. Bone-million spent oil as a magic pill traumatic wounds, the clinical using is extensive, and the effect is significant. Calcium alginate dressing as a new activity, is a good medium, but also bleeding debridement, mention pus to rot, effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and infection control. Before treatment two groups in the number of cases, the age subjects, gender subjects, after surgery the original wound area, postoperative wound pain were no differences(P>0.05). Two groups were comparable.The wound area comparison:In two groups of patients after the first three days of wound size reduction was not significant (P>0.05), with no clinical significance. The7th and14th day after treatment the tese group better than the control group in terms of narrowing the wound area (p<0.05). Comparison of the two groups set, respectively, p<0.01, the effect of both groups were significant.The rate of wound healing in comparison:the rate of wound healing in the two groups of patients after the first three days the difference was not significant (P>0.05), with no clinical significance. In the7th and14th day in the rate of wound healing the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05), prompted wound healing in the treatment group was superior to the control group. Comparison of the two groups set, respectively, p<0.01, the effect of both groups were significant.The wound secretions comparison:Wound secretion in the treatment group after3days,7days was significantly less than the control group (p<0.05), indicating that the treatment group in the first three days and seven days in the absorption of exudate, reducing wound secretions side the effect is significant. Reducing wound secretions groups no differences (P>0.05) in the first14days after surgery, and the first14days both groups were less wound secretions. Comparison of the two groups set, respectively, p<0.01, the effect of both groups were significant.Wound pain comparison:after3days, in reducing postoperative wound pain the treatment group was better than the control group (p<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; two groups at7and14days after surgery wounds pain was no difference (P>0.05), and the two groups in wound pain were lighter than before. Comparison of the two groups set, respectively, p<0.01, the effect of both groups were significant.The healing time comparison:all treated patients were cured, the cure rate was100%., the average healing time of the treatment group is15.83±1.618days; the average healing time of the control group is18.37±1.911days; groups in terms of healing time by t-test, p<0.01, suggesting that the treatment group healing time is shorter than the control group.Total after2weeks of treatment efficacy comparison groups:Patients of two groups after14days of treatment, groups total effect by rank sum test, p<0.05, explanation that two treatment groups in the overall effect the treatment group is better than the control group.Two security comparison:In the course of treatment, both groups had good security, the two groups before surgery and the treatment groups after1week in blood, liver function, kidney function tests were not significantly abnormal; treatment group had1patient in surgery tingling after the first day of the wound after treatment, after stopping the drug use vaseline gauze dressing treatment, to complement one case treated patients during the treatment of the remaining patients had no complaints discomfort, no significant adverse events.ConelusionBoth the treatment group with blossoms oil plus calcium alginate dressing and the control group with traditional dressing in promoting wound healing are effective, on both groups were100%cure rate.The treatment group in promoting wound healing after surgery was superior to the control group, it can validly reduce the wound area and raise the rate of wound healing, decrease wound secretions, and promote the growth of granulation and epithelial health organization climb to shorten healing time. Blossoms oil plus calcium alginate dressing plays a different role in different stages of development in the wound, the wound secretion of hemorrhoid surgery can effectively absorb wound exudates to reduce wound secretions, shorten the secretion time; in the growing season to promote the growth of epithelialization.Blossoms oil plus calcium alginate dressing for hemorrhoid surgery wound dressing is effective, security, easy to operate and spread.
