The Clinical Observation Based Of Zhongjing Xiao Method Using Leech Capsule In The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot

ObjectiveThis study is to observe the clinical curative effect based of Zhongjing Xiao method using leech capsule in the treatment of diabetic foot of Blood stasis type, which is to explore the Zhongjing Xiao method using in clinical practice.MethodsAccording to the collection and removal principles of cases in this study, There are twelve cases on the basis of the design with randomized controlled trials, patients would be given leech capsules in the observation period, and they would be given the placebo capsules with same package in the control period. Take notes of the sensory thresholds and the main symptom scores of patients. Data collection will use SPSS17.0software package for statistical analysis, at first, the data is single sample non-parametric test, if the data conform to the normal distribution, then use the two sets of paired samples t test, if not, then the two independent samples nonparametric test will be used. Test level α<0.05.ResultsThere are twelve patients in this study, including six male and six female, two patients quit the experiment because of incoordinate observations, other patient complete all observations, the sensory thresholds of these10patients were analyzed all at once, The observation period compared with the control period in Case1,2,3,7,8,9and10, their sensory threshold scores decreased significantly, P<0.01, there is a extremely significant statistical significance; The observation period compared with the control period in Case4,5and6,0.05> P>0.01, there is a statistically significant difference. To analyze the symptom scores in each stage of these10patients, the observation period compared with the control period, the symptom score decreased significantly in observation period, all cases P<0.01, there is an extremely significant statistically significant. There are no significant adverse reactions in observation of the patient is completed.ConclusionLeech capsule has definite curative effect, its recurrence rate is low, and the capsule is easy to take, so it will be an ideal drug for the treatment of diabetic foot in patients with blood stasis type. Leech capsule can significantly improve the patient’s limb Sensory threshold, and deal with the unwell symptom. The mechanism may be relating to the inhibition of thrombosis, stable vascular endothelial function and improve microvascular circulation of the legs.
