The Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Constitution In The Patients With Bronchiectasis

ObjectiveThrough preliminarily analysis and study the distribution features of the TCM Constitution of the patients with bronchiectasis, and the relevance of the TCM Constitution and distribution characteristics with Gender, age, lifestyle, allergy history, family history, history of childhood respiratory related correlation, analysis the distribution regularity of the TCM Constitution of bronchiectasis, and provide a theoretical reference for the clinical preve-ntion and treatment of conditioning bronchial dilatation and diet.MethodsAll patients were diagnosed in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and bronchiectasis patients in stable phase, according to the China Association of traditional Chinese medicine "Chinese constitution classification and determination’standard, in the investigation of TCM physique types determined by clinical questionnaire, using PASW statistics18statistical software for analysis, P<0.05had statistical significance.Results1.This study included effective bronchiectasis80cases, including34males,46females, age biggest75years old, the smallest17years old; sex ratio, female; constituent ratio of age, the young group and the old group is equal in proportion(36.25%), higher than that in the years group (27.5%).2. The physical distribution, the single body in13cases, two kinds of physical and clip of the13cases, three kinds of physical and clip of the36cases, more than three kinds of constitution and clip with18cases; among them, the first constitution and the second constitution with Yang defici-ency, Qi deficiency is the main type of constitution; in the first constitution, yang deficiency accounted for32.5%, Qi deficiency accounted for26.25%;of the second constitution, Qi deficiency accounted for31.25%, Yang deficiency accounted for22.5%;according to the first constitution and main body appears a cumulative frequency determination, bronchiectasis main physical type of Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness.3. Each common Chinese medicine constitutional types and habits(such as smoking, drinking), allergic history, childhood respiratory related history, family history, using the Fisher exact probability method, and maternal age at birth using the rank sum test, there were no significant differences (P>0.05);Between each common Chinese medicine constitutional type and size using the rank sum test, the results showed significant differences between each common Chinese medicine constitutional types and BIM (P<0.05);Each common Chinese medicine constitutional types and whether the expectoration, whether hemotysis, using the Fisher exact probability method, there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conelusion1. Among patients with bronchiectasis in the stable period, the main TCM constitution type is Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness;2. Among the patients of Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, yin deficiency and special intrinsic, slim people accounted for a higher proportion;but of phlegm dampness, over weight population quality in higher proportion;3. The common TCM Constitution of light and matter, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis in patients with cold as the main causitive factors, however the patients with Yin deficiency, food stimulation is the main aggravated or induced factors;4. In the phlegm dampness constitution group, phlegm population groups in the proportion was significantly higher than that in the non sputum expectoration; in the crowd of Yin deficiency, the non sputum expectoration was higher than that of phlegm population, however the percentage of the hemoptysis population was significantly higher than that of non hemoptysis population;5. Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency patients diet quality habits to partial thermophilic food, Phlegm dampness patients diet quality habits to greasy and sweet food;in the Flat and physique of patients,regular exercise crowd is the main crowd; however, in the other biased physique, the lack of movement of people is main crowd; 6. Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Phlegm dampness, Special intrinsic qu-ality patients, the good hair season of which are spring and winter;the good hair season of Yin deficiency patients are autumn;he good hair season of the Blood stasis and Flat and physique are winter;7. Each common Chinese medicine constitutional Types may have a certain relevance between the risk factors, such as size, aggravated or induced factors, whether the expectoration, the amount of expectoration, whether hemoptysis and the amount of hemoptysis, but because of the small sample size, leading to regression model is not stable, unable to Logistic regression analysis, remain further research.
