Objective: Study the impact of xiao’er Qingfei Zhike oral liquid on the expression of Bcl-2and Fas in the lung tissue of the mice which are suffering from acute bronchities throughapplying model molecular biological techniques.Inspect the influence of Xiao’er Qingfeizhike Oral Liquid on acute bronchitis mice, and investigate how the liquid affect acutebronchitis to provide reliable laboratory evidence for its clinical application. Methods: Choose healthy80four weeks old kunming mice (male and female half), anddivide into16and64model group and normal group which each of them is male andfemale half according to the random indicator method.Use the model building methodswhich are introduced by "the practical TCM syndrome animal model studies〃 etc.toprepare acute bronchitis mouse model which are stimulated by smoke. The normal group areconventionally bred. When the60kunming model mice are finished, they are randomlydivided into5groups. One group is the blank model group, and the others are the Xiao’erQingre Zhike oral liquid positive control treatment group,Xiao’er Qingfei zhike Oral Liquidthe high, middle and low dose treatment group. Feed the blank model group mice with thesame volume of physiological saline, and care the second group with Xiao’er Qingre zhikeOral Liquid and care the other three groups with high, middle and low dose of Xiao’erQingfei zhike Oral Liquid,1time a day, continually for1week. Take all the lung tissue ofmice after treatment, and use immunohistochemical method to Inspect the type of lung tissueapoptosis related gene and the average integral optical density of the Bcl-2and Fas.Results:1The lung tissue apoptosis related gene protein in mice the Bcl-2immunohistochemical results: the level of Bcl-2protein of the treatment group and theblank model group are significantly lower than the normal group, thus significant differentfrom the normal group (P<0.05); the level of Bcl-2protein of the treatment group aresignificantly higher than the average integral optical density value of model group, andhave significant difference from the model group (P<0.05); the Bcl-2protein of Xiao’er Qingfei zhike Oral Liquid of high, middle and low treatment groups hove no significantdifference (P>0.05).2The mice lung tissue apoptosis related gene protein Fasimmunohistochemical results: Fas protein average integral optical density of the treatmentgroups and the blank model group of value are higher than the normal group, and haveextremely significant difference from the normal group (P<0.05); Fas protein averageintegral optical density of each treatment group is ower than the model group, and hassignificant difference (P<0.05); Fas protein average integral optical density of Xiao’erQingfei zhike Oral Liquid of high, middle and low treatment group are lower than Xiao’erQingre zhike Oral Liquid positively controlled group, and have significant difference(P<0.05); the average integral optical density of Xiao’er Qingfei zhike Oral Liquid of high, middle and low treatment groups have no significant difference from each other(P>0.05).Conclusion:1The lung tissue of acute bronchitis model mice is suffering fromapoptosis, and can not hold balance, the Bcl-2apoptosis expression decreases, and theexpression of Fas increases.2Xiao’er Qingfei zhike Oral Liquid can increase the expressionof Bcl-2in the lung tissue of acute bronchitis model mice and reduce the expression ofFas,to correct the imbalance, thus reduce the lung tissue damage.Tt will provide powerfullaboratory basis for fact that Xiao’er Qingfei Zhike oral liquid can care better than Xiao’erQingre zhike Oral Liquid in acute bronchitis.
