| Objective:Through changes were observed before and after treatment in children with acute bronchitis(cough of wind heat invading the lung type) clinical symptoms and signs, clinical efficacy evaluation of Qingfeizhike granules and for the clinical application of provide part of the basis of the, at the same time to provide effective treatment method for the treatment of acute bronchitis in children with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Will meet the inclusion criteria of the subject of Chinese traditional and Western medicine 66 cases of cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 33 cases in the treatment group, 33 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given oral Qingfei Zhike granule, control group were given oral Xiaoer Qingfei granule. The main symptoms were observed 72 hours after medication for 5 days and two groups of children(cough, sputum, fever), signs and syndrome integral improvement, finally using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis, the conclusion.Results:(1) The clinical drug treatment group 72 hours, 5 days of recovery rate were 16.12% and 38.71%,the control group were 6.45% and 25.81%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).)(2) Comparison of curative effect on cough, expectoration, fever symptoms, efficacy of the treatment group after 72 hours, 5 days than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).(3) Comparing the symptom score, treatment group after 72 hours, 5 days of administration of the main symptoms integral, secondary symptom score, total symptom score by more than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Qingfei Zhike granule can effectively improve the children with acute bronchitis(cough of wind heat invading the lung) and the clinical symptoms and signs, clinical curative effect, is worth popularizing. |
