Immune colloidal gold lateral-flow detection technology is based on colloidal gold as a tracer markers, which is used in a novel antigen-antibody reaction of immune markers, because it is simple and fast, low-cost, fast detection. It has become important means of detection in the field of food, medicine, the environment and other. Nowadays the human chorionic gonadotropin lateral flow test on sale is not enough sensitive. This paper can reach the sensitivity.Firstly, there are two methods were used to prepare gold:preparation of colloidal gold by sodium citrate reduction; the preparation of gold nanoparticles by reduction with sodium borohydride, and then transferred to the aqueous phase. Detect of two kinds of gold using UV visible spectrophotometer. The results show:Colloidal gold prepared with sodium citrate is more suitable for the experiment. The colloidal gold surface is covered negative charge, and combined with protein molecules because of the positive and negative charges attract, come into being the gold labeled monoclonal antibodies. Next prepare of gold labeled pad, dot membrane, assemble test paper, finally test paper. mis paper detect method can be completed HCG within5min. Negative test results is one dot, positive test result is two dots. The advantage of this method lies in the detection results, good repeatability, high stability.
