ObjectiveImmune colloidal gold(ICG)assay has been applied for detecting of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)using finger blood.For people with hypothyroidism in pregnancy,to determine the value of quantitative TSH by Immune Colloidal Gold in pregnant women by comparing the result of Immune colloidal gold and chemiluminescence immunoassay.MethodsChoose in February 2017 to November 2017,Ningxia Medical University general Hospital prenatal diagnosis center and endocrinology clinic diagnosed by clinical examination,80 cases of pregnancy with hypothyroidism patients and 80 women with gestational we normal cases pregnancy as the research object.The age range of the first trimester group was19-42 years old,and the mean age(28.82 + 4.45)was between 9 and 36 weeks,with the average gestational age(23.94 +7.81)weeks.The age range of the control group was 19 to 43 years old,and the mean age(28.70+4.65)was between 8 and 36 weeks,with the average gestational age(22.60+7.95 weeks).The TSH levels were determined by Immune colloidal gold and chemiluminescence immunoassay.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0statistical software,and kolmogorov-smirnov test was used to test the normal data of measurement data,and the measurement data indicators were all expressed in the mean or plus or minus standard deviation(plus or minus s).T test was used in the measurement data.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted for correlation analysis,and Kappa test was adopted for consistency analysis.The positive rate of detection of two detection methods wascompared with chi-square test.Test level: P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1.Compared with the pregnancy control group and the control group,gestational age and age were not statistically significant and comparable.2.The TSH values of the Immune colloidal gold assay and chemiluminescence immunoassay were higher than those in the gestational age group(P<0.05).3..TSH was determined as dependent variable by Immune colloidal gold,and TSH was determined as independent variable by chemiluminescence immunoassay.The linear regression equation is Y=0.190+0.990 X.There was a high correlation between the TSH results measured by immune colloidal gold and chemiluminescence immunoassay.4.TSH measured by two methods is highly consistent(Kappa=0.875).5.There was no statistically significant difference between the two methods in detecting the positive rate of pregnancy during pregnancy(P<0.05).6.Using ROC curve analysis,the area under the ROC curve of CLIA method was 0.997,and the area under the ROC curve of ICG method was 0.991,and the detection of TSH in the two methods was of high diagnostic value.ConclusionImmune colloidal gold assay is an accurate,convenient and low cost method for the determination of TSH in women with pregnancy hypothyroidism.It has a certain clinical value in the patients with pregnancy hypothyroidism.
