ObjectiveTo evaluate the security and effectiveness of nephron sparing surgery (NSS) inT1b renal cell carcinoma (RCC).MethodsIn the clinical research From January2007to January2009,131patients of T1brenal cell carcinoma who received treatment The first affiliated hospital of ZhengzhouUniversity were Retrospectively analysed, Including64patients nephron sparingsurgery (NSS) and67patients radical nephrectomy(RN). Compared of age, gender,Tumor location,Tumor diameter, operation time,Intraoperative blood loss,Had theflow,Drainage tube indwelling time,Postoperative bed activity time,Postoperativegastrointestinal function recovery time,The postoperative hospitalization days,Thepostoperative complications,Postoperative renal function changes,Tumor recurrence, and so on.To evaluate the security and effectiveness of nephron sparing surgery (NSS)in T1b renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Results1. No statistical differences were found about Blood transfusion rate、Thedrainage time、Gastrointestinal recovery time、The postoperative hospitalizationdays(P>0.05).There is statistical difference were found about The operation time、Intraoperative blood loss、Had the flow、The incidence of complications(P<0.05).2. Postoperative serum creatinine is higher than Preoperative serum creatinine, there is not statistical difference (P>0.05).3. No statistical differences were found about Tumor recurrence betweennephron sparing surgery group1.6%and radical nephrectomy group3.0%(P>0.05).ConclusionNephron sparing surgery and radical nephrectomy is the same tumor controlcondition in clinical T1b renal cell carcinoma.in protecting renal function nephronsparing surgery is better than radical nephrectomy Nephron Sparing Surgery for T1bRenal Cell Carcinoma is effective and safe.
