Objective：Evaluation of small renal carcinoma line kept the effect of nephronsparing surgery for patients with postoperative renal function，Feasibilitystudy of small kidney cancer underwent surgical treatment of NSS and thecurative effect.Methods：Collected in June2008to June2012in chengde medical college affiliatedhospital uropoiesis surgical department NSS surgery in72patients.44male,28female, aged38to83years old, at an average age of52. Tumor diameter of1.8cm~4.2cm, with a mean of3.4cm. Tumors are single, which is locatedin the upper pole of the kidney22cases, renal in13patients,37cases seen inthe lower. Tumor staging is T1N0M0. In NSS preoperative evaluation forselecting indications of55patients,17patients as the absolute indications.Another at the same time for32cases of patients with kidney cancer radical asa randomized control group,17male,15female. Aged38to83years old, atan average age of54. Tumors are single, which is located in the upper pole ofthe kidney8cases, renal in10patients,14cases seen in the lower. Tumorstaging is T1N0-1M0. Postoperative follow-up6~48months, Compare twogroups of patients with postoperative recovery time, intraoperative blood loss,tumor recurrence rate and postoperative serum creatinine (Scr), blood ureanitrogen (BUN), Evaluation part of cases before the operation, after renaldynamic imaging+GFR determination, Application SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware for statistical analysis.Results:The group of keeping renal unit either surgery (NSS) in six indicators in the length of hospital stay, postoperative effect operative time, intraoperativeblood loss were higher than in RN group. P>0.05，No statistical significance.NSS group1month postoperatively in patients with the indicators and RNgroup had significant difference (P <0.05),3months and12months after theindicators are similar between the two groups had no statistical difference，(P>0.05).Conclusion：Small kidney cancer lines of NSS surgery were treated with an RNmethod has the same effect. Influence of renal small by operation line of NSScan obtain better renal function, their level of evaluation is higher, can beapplied to clinical application.
