ObjectTo observe the changes of matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-1,MMP-2)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)which are remodeling related factors in balloon injured inferior vena cava balloon of rabbit, and the relationship between the G-CSF and MMP-2, MMP-9, TGF-β1.To explore the effective method to offend the thrombopoiesis and restenosis of veins after the injury.Method48experimental rabbit randomly divided into three groups:Group A (injury+G-CSF treated n=24); Group B (injury+N-S treated n=24). Take the injured vessels from all these rabbits respectively at the3,7,14,28day after the operation.Use the immunohistochemistry and light microscope to inspect the expression of each factor at different time points.ResultThree days after the injury, we can found the increase of the factors in inner membrance, tunica media, the outer membrance, these factors increase persistently When the time comes to one week, this period, the peak of the increase occur (P>0.01). At the fourteenth day to the twenty-eighth day, the control group has its high express, while the express of the experiment group decrease (P<0.01).ConclusionsThe express of the MMP-2, MMP-9and the TGFβ-1increase locally and influenced by G-CSF differently in the injured vessels of rabbits. G-CSF can prevent the vascular smooth muscle and the endotheliocyte from being hyperplasia, and then the restenosis in the injured vessels can be restrained.
