| Objective:Tosearch psychological intervention in the treatment ofsuddenhearingdeafness,andhelp patient to improve their hearing level.Methods:Analysepatients who was diagnosed for type of the flat type and low-middlefrequency sudden hearing loss. From October2012to March2014, we investigatedthese subjects in the first affiliated hospital of Zheng Zhou University. According tothe results of psychological measurement and evaluation,those patients with anxiousemotionwere classified as the positive group. Patients with no anxious emotion wereclassified as thenegative group（group A）.Positive group accepted the psychologicalintervention named group B, those without psychological intervention named group C.Three groups of patients accepted nerve nutrition,circulation improvement andintratympanic steroids treatment Hearing examination and their emotion state wereevaluated. Using SPSS17.0software to independent sample2test,identifiedP<0.05as statistically significant.Result:1.In patients with low-middle frequency type and flat type sudden sensorineuralhearing loss，analysis gender, age, hearing threshold for statistical analysis, there is nostatistical significance，p>0.05. 2. In patients with Low-middle frequency sudden deafness, the treatmentefficientbetween group Aand group C,group B and group C, group A and group Bwas no statistical significance, p>0.05.3. Thetreatment efficient in flat type patients with sudden deafness patientsbetween group A and group C, group B and group C was statistically significant, p<0.05. Thetreated efficient betweengroup A and group Bwas no statistical significance,p>0.05.Conclusion:1.67%of low-middle frequency sudden deafness SAS standard score was morethan50, on the basis of drug,Intratympanic steroids and psychological interventioncould improve the treatment efficiency.2.59.5%offlat type sudden deafness SAS standard score was more50,on thebasis of drug, intratympanic steroids and psychological intervention, could improvethe treatment efficiency. |
