Objective:Through the case retrospective analysis, sum up the incidence and treatment of cancer related anemia in this area.To discuss the influence factors of cancer related anemia, and to provide the reference to correlative study and clinical treatment.Methods:1. General condition of the PatientsFrom September2010to September2013, collect508patients who were confirmed for cancer both by pathology or cell histologically in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. All the patients must be meet the complete medical records. All patients are Between the ages of28~89years old, the average age is56.2years old,the median age is58years old;295cases are men and213cases are women;Lung cancer276cases,gastrointestinal cancer72cases,liver cancer48cases,esophagus and cardia cancer31cases,gynecological cancer36cases,head and neck cancer28cases,urinary tract cancer9cases,other cancer8cases (including skin and soft tissue cancer5cases,unknown origin cancer3cases).2. Research MethodsFirstly,to Sum up the incidence, anemia characteristics and condition of anemia treatment in anemia cancer patients with newly diagnosed and post-treatment. Secondly,to analysis cancer related anemia influential factors among age, gender, tumor types, tumor stage, bleeding, treatment methods and chemotherapy regimen.3. The statistical methodsThis study use SPSS17.0statistical software for statistic. T test is used in quantitative data comparison between the groups. Chi-square test are used in the structure of the general data between the groups and occurrence rate. P<0.05is suggesting statistically significant difference.Results:1. The first diagnoses anemia incidence of508cases is14.2%,the incidence of anemia after anti-tumor treatment is62.8%.Overall anemia incidence is67.9%.The Graduation of anemia mainly is the first grade(77.4%) and the second grade (20.0%),and most of the anemia type is normal cellularity (81.8%).2. The incidence of anemia in patients with gastrointestinal tumor is highest (77.8%); The incidence of anemia and severe degree increased with the increase of tumor staging; Anti-tumor treatment increase the risk of cancer anemia (increased by14.2%to62.8%), and the surgical treatment and comprehensive treatment are more likely to lead to anemia. Factors such as age, merge bleeding associated with the occurrence of cancer related anemia.3. Platinum-based chemotherapy regimens compared with non platinum-based solutions are more likely to cause the occurrence of anemia, the difference was statistically significant. 4. Treatment of anemia is28.6%(99/345), including blood transfusion treatment accounted for22.6%, EPO treatment accounted for4.3%, iron treatment accounted for1.7%.Conclusion:1. The incidence of malignant solid tumor related anemia is high in this area.Overall, the incidence of gastrointestinal tract malignant tumor related anemia is the highest.2. Anti-tumor treatment can cause and aggravate anemia; The factors such as age, tumor stage, chemotherapy regimens and bleeding related to the occurrence of cancer related anemia.3. Platinum-based chemotherapy regimens compared with non platinum-based solutions are more likely to cause the occurrence of anemia;Platinum based chemotherapy regimens can aggravate anemia.4. The treatment of anemia is low in this area, and anemia correction treatments are mainly composed of blood transfusion.
