Analysis Of Endometrial Cancer Cases In Northern Shandong Area

Objective To explore the relevant factors of endometrial cancer and its clinicopathologic feature,and to provide evidence for clinic prevence,diagnosis and treatment.Methods Analyzed the data of endometrial carcinomas operated in six hospitals in northern shandong area between2006.5-2011.10with a case control-study based on a epidemiological survey. We analysed the data with SPSS13.0, the means oft-test, X2-test, logistic regression,et al.Results1. The epidemiological investigation showed that the morbidity of endometrial cancer is revelant with some factors. Hypertention (OR=3.691), obesity (OR=3.055), irregular menstruation (OR=4.526), take Chinese herbal medicine (OR=9311),age of menopause (OR=1.125), family history of cancer (OR=5.201) are the risk factors of endometrial cancer,and intra-uterine device (OR=0.836) is the protective factor of endomertrial cancer.2. Edometrial cancer concludes two kinds of pathological types.The patients with endorneioid cancer accounted for90%of all,and the patients with non-endometrioid cancer accounted for10%.Compared with the patients with endometrioid cancer,the average age of the patients with non-endometrioid cancer were older,the clinicopatho logic stage was later, the grade of histology was higher, the myometrial invasion was deeper.The patients with non-endometrioid cancer were prone to lymph metastasis, and the recurrence rate was higher (P<0.05)Conclusion l.Some factors may affect the happening of endomrtial cancer, such as hypertention, obesity, age of menopause, et al. We should pay more attention to the factors and make prevence earlier. 2.There is a significant deference between endometrioid cancer and non-endometrioid cancer, the patients with non-endometrioid cancer has a poor pronosis,and we should pay more attention to it.
