Objective:Explore the significance of TI-RADS classification and uncertainty of TI-RADS classification three who combine elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules Explore the consistency. of different doctors for benign and malignant thyroid nodules TI-RADS classificationMethods:Checked on154nodules of118patients with thyroid nodules underwent routine ultrasound examination, according to the TI-RADS classification criteria for benign and malignant thyroid nodules judgment; For TI-RADS classification three uncertained underwent elastography examination, comprehensive judgment of its benign or malignant, and with pathology. Two doctors diagnosed consistency of routine ultrasound elastography combined analysis of two physicians diagnose sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value.Results:①thyroid nodules according to TI-RADS classification standard, two doctors diagnosed a good consistency, consistency checking kappa value of0.799, TI-RADS grade3uncertained conventional ultrasound diagnostic imaging diagnosis level joint elastic consistency test kappa value of0.806.②Two physicians according to TI-RADS classification and TI-RADS grade3uncertained combining elastograph classification sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value in accordance with the TI-RADS classification and three doctors were unsure who184.91%,88.12%,87.01%,78.95%,91.75%; physician 2:84.91%,90.1%,88.31%,81.82%,91.92%.③TI-RADS grade3were uncertain after the United elastography improves the accuracy of diagnosis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Application TI-RADS grading standards two physicians diagnose benign and malignant thyroid nodules consistency is good, TI-RADS classification3uncertained after the United elastography improves the diagnostic accuracy.
