Objective:This subject mainly studies the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements in patients with different TI-RADS grades of thyroid nodules and discusses its clinical significance,so as to provide reference basis for the differentiation and treatment of different TI-RADS grades of thyroid nodules in Chinese medicine. Methods:By collecting 200 cases of patients with different TI-RADS grading thyroid nodule four diagnostic data, and record the age, with the method of syndrome factor differentiation, the different TI-RADS classification in patients with thyroid nodules are grouped, namely TI-RADS 2 level in group A,TI-RADS level 3 for group B,TI-RADS level 4 for group C,TI-RADS level 5 for the group D,and analyzes different TI-RADS classification of TCM syndrome factor in patients with thyroid nodule distribution, and diversity.Results:1.The occurrence of thyroid nodules is closely related to age and gender. In this study, the most common age of female subjects was between 35 and 50 years old,and the most common age of male was between 40 and 55 years old, which was close to the epidemiological survey results. There was no significant difference in age between the groups(P > 0.05).Patients with different TI-RADS grades of thyroid nodules are all female and more common than male.2.The frequency of loci and elements in common patients with thyroid nodules was successively liver, spleen and kidney. The frequency of solid elements in common patients with thyroid nodules was in order from high to low: qi stagnation, phlegm and blood stasis. The frequency of deficiency syndromes in common patients with thyroid nodules is from high to low in order: qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency. In patients with TI-RADS level 2 and level 4 thyroid nodules, the frequency of liver was the most.In patients with TI-RADS grade 3 thyroid nodules, the spleen accounts for the largest number of loci syndromes. In patients with TI-RADS level 5 thyroid nodules, the frequency of nodules was mostly kidney.3.The main syndromes of common patients with thyroid nodules are qi stagnation, phlegm and blood stasis.TI-RADS level 2 thyroid nodule patients with solid sexual syndrome in qi stagnation accounted for the most frequency;Patients with TI-RADS level 3 and level 2 thyroid nodules had the highest frequency of solid sexual syndromes with spittoin.TI-RADS level 5 and level 4 thyroid nodule patients with solid sexual syndrome, blood stasis accounted for the most frequency.4.The main deficiency syndromes in common patients with thyroid nodules are qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency.Patients with TI-RADS level 2 and level 3 thyroid nodules had the most deficiency syndromes with qi deficiency. In patients with TI-RADS level 5 and level 4 thyroid nodules,Yin deficiency accounted for the most and Yang deficiency for the second.Conclusions:1.The distribution characteristics of syndrome elements in patients with different TI-RADS grades of thyroid nodules are different to some extent.2.Patients with TI-RADS level 2 thyroid nodules are mainly located in the liver, and the disease is mainly qi stagnation and qi deficiency;Patients with TI-RADS level 3 thyroid nodules were mainly located in the spleen and liver, and the main diseases were phlegm and qi deficiency.Patients with TI-RADS level 4 thyroid nodules are mainly located in the liver and spleen, and the main diseases are qi stagnation, spittocoagulation, blood stasis and Yin deficiency.Patients with TI-RADS level 5 thyroid nodules are mainly located in the kidney, with blood stasis,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency as the main diseases.3.The basic pathogenesis of different TI-RADS grades of thyroid nodules is "based on positive and deficiency, with qi stagnation, phlegm and blood stasis as the criteria",mixed with false and true, but mainly based on positive evidence.
