Use Apexit Plus And Endomethasone Of Root Canal Sealers In The Clinical Efficacy Observed And Comparison In One-time Root Canal Filling

Objective: To observe the acute reactions and clinical efficacy in the pulpitis andapical periodontitis after use Apexit Plus and Endomethasone of root canal sealers inone-time root canal filling.Materials and Methods:Have40teeth need to do root canal treatment in clinic wererandomly divided into Apexit Plus root canal sealers group (20teeth) andEndomethasone root canal sealers group (20teeth). After use step-back technique,two were used Apexit Plus root canal sealer and Endomethasone root canal sealer inone-time root canal filling. Observe the acute reaction within one week and theshort-term efficacy in3months and6months.Results: After root canal filling, the rate of acute reaction within one week of rootcanal therapy in the Apexit Plus root canal sealers group is slightly lower than theEndomethasone root canal sealers group. After3months and6months, the effectiverate of Apexit Plus root canal sealers group and Endomethasone root canal sealersgroup was without significant difference.Conclusion:In relation of root canal filling paste, the paste of Apexit Plus root canal sealer can more slightly effectively reduce the incidence of acute reaction afterone-time root canal filling. In the short term therapeutic effect was not significant. Inthe long term therapeutic effect needs further survey.
