Objective:To adopt different pile preparation methods and timing to fully eliminate the related effects of root canal preparation methods,filling techniques,and remaining apical materials,and to compare the root tips of two root canal filling materials,AH-puls paste and Hiflow paste Sealing,through detailed observation of the sucrose micro-leakage model and comparing the effect of different preparation methods and timing of the pile path on the apical sealing of these two root filling materials,and selecting scientific and effective root filling materials for clinical use Provide the experimental suggestions and reference for the timing of pile road preparation.Methods:100 single canal mandibular premolars extracted within 6 months due to orthodontics were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups A,B,C,D,C1 and D1(15 in each group)and 2 control groups Groups E,F and E were positive control groups(n = 5),and group F was negative control groups(n = 5).Prepare all root canals to 3004 # using Pro Taper machine with nickel-titanium root canal file,respectively adopt AH plus root canal sealer plus continuous wave hot tooth gum filling technology(group A,C,D),Hiflow root canal sealer plus continuous The root canal is filled with wave heat gum filling technology(groups B,C1 and D1).Groups A and B are ready for pile roads immediately.Groups C and C1 are delayed by one week.P drills directly prepare for pile roads.Groups D and D1 are delayed by one week.Remove excess tooth gel with a heat carrier before preparing for the pile.The quantitative method of sucrose microleakage was used to detect the microleakage of root tips,and the OD value was measured using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The glucose concentration can be calculated and then converted to sucrose concentration.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical methods.Results:On day 1,two materials of immediate and delayed group of two kinds of preparation methods of micro leakage has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),between 1 day each leakage quantity is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the seventh day AH instantly seepage quantity obviously less than AH + P drill,was statistically significant(P < 0.05)between the rest groups seepage quantity has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),Hiflow instantly seepage quantity and drilling and Hiflow + P + with in 14 days starting to seep significantly fewer,had statistical significance(P < 0.05),Since the 21 st day,Hiflow is a brand new material,and its overall microleakage rate is significantly better than AH-plus,with significant difference(P<0.05).,there was no statistical significance in the amount of exudation between the P drill group and the heat carrier group from day 1 to day 28(P>,0.05).Conclusion:root canal sealer Hiflow sealed performance is good in AH-plus root canal sealer,immediate pile,prepare a delay after one week prepare for sealants closed less affected,delay for a week after the pile in the reserve team,after first use with heat exchanger to remove the teeth preparation and direct use of P drilling pile drilling row piles way preparation influence on sealants closed there was no significant difference.
