Study On The Effect Of Autogenous Fat Transplantation

Autologous fat transplantation is the method to inject fat graft removed from onesite of body into anther in order to achieve functional improvement, or full body effect.In1889, the first clinical application of free fat graft was reported by Vander Meulen.Autologous adipose tissue was derived from their own body. Compared with othermethods, autologous fat transplantation has many advantages, such as goodbiocompatibility, no rejection and allergic reaction, simple operation, without incisionno scar, natural and lifelike,.Although the transplantation of autologous fat granule injection technology iswidely used in clinic, there are still certain shortcomings including fat cells easilyabsorbed, the long-term survival rate is low. Based on the analysis of the literature ofrecent years, we were about to discuss the factor on the growth of fat transplantation(including basic fibroblast growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor,angiogenesis factor, hepatocyte growth factor, platelet rich plasma, adipose derivedstem cells), fat transplantation technology (including tissue extraction, processing invitro, fat injection).This paper about autologous fat cells of breast augmentation surgery wasretrospectively analyzed in our hospital since January,2012to January,2014. Theadvantages of autologous fat granule cell breast implants (including no rejection,immune response, does not affect fertility, lactation process, no postoperative scarring,quick recovery, less pain, feel soft beauty true shape, delicate skin, etc.) and techniques(nursing factors, effect of autogenous fat graft survival rate after operation) weresummarized.
