Application Of Autologous Fat Granules Injection Transplant In Facial Plastic Surgery

Objective:To explore the operation method and the main points of the steps of self-fat granule transplantation in improving facial contours such as facial depression and facial wrinkles,so that autologous fat granule transplantation can obtain the best effect in facial plasticization as much as possible of the wide range of applications.Method:According to the needs of patients,through the syringe row negative pressure extraction method to select different parts of the mature subcutaneous fat,the negative pressure sucked fat after rinsing,sedimentation and other purification treatment,multi-level,multi-tunnel injection to the face need to fill the site.Results::A total of 32 female patients aged between 25 and 57 years(mean age 41 years)were enrolled in the study of facial depression and facial wrinkles between October 2014 and January 2017.32 patients were injected 62 sites,13 cases of temporal,forehead in 9 cases,zygomatic buccal in 11 cases,nasolabial fold in 14 cases,the chin 5 cases,improve facial wrinkles in 10 cases,injection of fat filling dose of 2?30ml/Times,each site injection 1 to 3 times,two injections interval 3 to 6 months.Each site is over-corrected about 40%.(18.75%),14 cases(43.75%)in the abdomen,7 cases(21.875%)in the buttocks and 5 cases in the leg(15.625%)according to the different requirements of the patients.Followed up for 3 to 12 months,the appearance of the patient's facial face was significantly improved,facial contour fullness filling,natural and smooth.The group of 32 patients were not infected,hematoma,skin ulceration,fat embolism and other complications.A total of 62 cases were injected,of which 58 cases of postoperative results expressed satisfaction,4 patients said the general satisfaction,satisfaction rate was 93.55%.No patients were dissatisfied with postoperative results.The satisfaction rate of the injection was 88.89%,the temporal was 92.31%,the zygomatic cheek was 90.91%,the nasolabial fold was 92.86%,and the satisfactory rate of the chin and facial wrinkles was 100%.Conclusion:?Autologous fat granule transplantation in the current commonly used to fill the face of the depression or improve the wrinkles of the method,with easy operation,rich source of data,the advantages of high patient satisfaction.? Autologous fat granule transplantation is a safe and effective,minimally invasive,and can achieve both facial contours can be more young and can lose weight body sculpting beauty effect,it is worth to improve the facial depression and facial wrinkles and other facial plastic surgery to promote the application.
