ObjectiveViral Hepatitis B (HB) is a liver disease caused by the hepatitis B virus(hepatitis virus B, HBV), which is mainly transmitted by blood transfusion, injection, and mother-to-child transmission. HBV is a unique hepadnavirus DNAvirus with compact structure and multifunction, which is the smallest knowneukaryotic cells DNA virus. Hepatitis B often leads to chronic infection,15%to40%of patients who have no anti-viral treatment will progress to end-stage liverdisease, such as cirrhosis, liver failure and liver cancer. Hepatitis B virusinfection is also a systemic infectious diseases. Gallbladder is near the liver andstores bile made by the liver, so gallbladder may be the target organs which isinfringement by the HBV. The biliary system diseases mainly include cholecystitis and gallstone disease, the research is to study cholecystitis and gallstone diseases to explore the relationship between the biliary diseases and hepatitis B vi-rus infection.MethodsIn the reseach,we randomly selecte60patients of cholecystitis orcholelithiasis as biliary disease group, tnen detect the liver function index andHBsAg positive rate of the group which all these patients met the diagnosticcriteria (Surgery,7th edition). Randomly selecting60patients ofnon-Hepatobiliary disease as the control group, who were treated in our hospitalin the year from2012to2013.Results(1)The rate of hepatitis B virus infection is70.0%in the biliary diseasegroup and13.3%in the control group. (2) The incidence of hepatitis B in patients of biliary tract dis ease ispositively correlated with the level of ALT. BIL,and negative with A/G.(3) Male patients of biliary disease combined hepatitis B are more thanfemale.ConclusionsThere is a clear correlation between the cholecystitis cholelithiasis andHBV infection.
