Objective: In this study, to prevent postoperative adhesions by the IUD, oralestrogen and fibrin sealant after re-adhesion. To explore the value of fibrin sealant inthe prevention of postoperative adhesions in the IUA.Methods:Choose March2009to December2013in Beijing Military GeneralHospital diagnosed moderate to severe IUA by hysteroscopy,98patients in total. Allpatients were done transcervical resection of adhesions. According to the differenceamong adjuvant treatment methods, all patients were divided into experimental andcontrol groups. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients after surgery wasevaluated, and patients were followed up about endometrial thickness and menstrualsituation. Endometrial thickness, menstrual situation and uterine shape recovery wererecorded and analyzed two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:1. There was no significant difference between two groups’age by t test (t=-0.431,p=0.156); There was no significant difference between two groups’ IUA constitutionby chi-square test (x2=0.121, p=0.728); There was no significant difference betweentwo groups’menstrual changes constitution by chi-square test (x2=0.425, P=0.809).2①There was no significant difference between the control group and the testgroup’s endometrial thickness before treatment.(t=0.069, p=0.945)②There was no significant difference between the control group and the testgroup’s endometrial thickness after treatment.(t=-0.475, p=0.693)③There was significant difference between the control group’s endometrialthickness before and after treatment.(t=-4.138, p=0.000) ④There was significant difference between the test group’s endometrialthickness before and after treatment.(t=-4.766, p=0.000)⑤There was no significant difference between two groups’endometrial thicknessdifference before and after treatment.(t=-1.346, p=0.181)3. There was no significant difference between two groups’ menstrual recovery.(x2=0.315, p=0.575)4. Postoperative cure rate of the control group and the test group were65.2%and88.5%. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups’ cure rate(x2=8.676, p=0.013); morphological recovery efficiency of uterine surgery controlgroup and the test group were84.8%and98.1%, there was significant statisticaldifference between the two groups (x2=5.754,p=0.016).Conclusions:1. IUA patients TCRA postoperative using oral estrogen, IUD and fibrin sealantcombined therapy in the prevention of postoperative adhesions have made a certainrole.2. Fibrin sealant can be effective in preventing postoperative adhesions.
