Purpose:This paper is dust mites pollution survey to the university campuse of Kunming Medical University.Through this survey,the paper sum up distribution of indoor dust mites on University campus in southfwest,find related factors of dust mites and explore in the prevention and treatment of effective methods and measures for indoor dust mites of the university campus.Methods:This paper is mainly used in vacuum cleaning method. The experiment collected dust by Midea QW12T-202mini-cyclone vacuum cleaners from the premises of the campus,in constant temperature and humidity conditions, the dust will be taken into dust-like antigen extract and then examined under a microscope by HUACE SICENCE HXC-L and take a record of the number of dust mites from all dust samples, finally alculated for density and the detection rate of each kind of dust mite.The experimental study concluded that:(1) There is no contamination between the relatively low density of mites and morbidity associated with allergic rhinitis, the association between high-density and mites pollution incidence of allergic rhinitis(2) The indoor dust mites are the characteristics of seasonal change. The dust of Spring is a the lowest detection rate of34.9%,and in autumn the rate is88.9%.(3) The different distances from the public wate house are also different the density of indoor dust mites(4) The different towards of the house are also different the density of indoor dust mites.The the house of westward direction for the highest rate of dust mites is81.6%,followed by the Housing of east (69.1%), the housing-density dust mites is a minimum of59.4%by the direction of taward sun.(5) The different floors of the house are also different the rate of indoor dust mites The low-rise housing rate of dust mites (80.3%) is higher than high-rise housing (56.5%).(6) Dust mite density will change with clean bedding replacement cycle varies. In pillow pillowcase for example, from1to8weeks, dust mite density has increased, from89/g to151/g to8weeks, but the density of dust mites dropped to137/g.(7) The bed position are also different the rate of indoor dust mites(8) The different ventilation time are also different the rate of indoor dust mites.The rate of indoor dust mite drops from84.6%to66.7%.(9) Some office or room humidifier can affect human health.(10) Genetic factors maybe is an important risk factor for allergic rhinitis.(11) Susceptibility to allergic rhinitis is different to gender differences.(12) Smoking maybe does not improve the incidence of allergic rhinitis.In the interpretation of allergic rhinitis, through this experiment,I think "dose-response" hypothesis can explain the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. This study indicates that it is high dust mite exposure and ventilation affecting the prevalence of allergic diseases.The existence of "dose-response" relationship with, exacerbation of allergic symptoms, or trigger the immune system overreaction in harsh conditions.
