Objective: To investigate vitamin D supplements during pregnancy and vitamin D (VDR) gene Bsml polymorphism distribution. To study the correlation between vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene Bsml polymorphism and25-(OH) D3of newborn in KunmingMethod:Stool samples were collected from220chiliren who were hospitalized in Kunming medical unive-rsity second affiliated hospital of pediatrics from May to December in2013. All the mothers were asked about the nutrition knowledge survey, exclusion of twin pregnancies mothers, prematures, mothers has a history of metabolic disease, liver and kidney disease, long-term use of drugs of20cases, The pregnant mother during pregnancy without vitamin D supplement of60cases, male27cases, female33cases; average gestational age was (273.81±7.63) days, average birth weight was (3166.75±367.83) g, the average age was (3.41±1.86) days; At next morning to collect3ml venous blood, using tandem mass spectrometry hyphenated to liquid chromatography systems (HPLC-MS/MS) detection of serum25-(OH)D3level and collect3ml venous blood, using PCR-RFLP detection of vitamin D (VDR) gene Bsml polymorphism. To analysis and statistics about mother vitamin D supplements during pregnancy, Kunming area average content of vitamin D3, vitamin D3receptor gene polymorphisms and gene frequency and so on.Result:1220cases of han ethnic group,154cases of neonatal cases pregnant mother added vitamin D preparation during pregnancy, accounting for70%of the total;50 cases added vitaminD regularity, accounting for22.7%of the total;104cases added vitaminD irregularity, accounting for47.2%of the total;66cases completely without taking vitaminD. Accounted for30%of the total. The mother during pregnancy without vitamin D supplements vitamin D levels was under standard of serum30ng/ml.The average neonatal serum vitamin D level was(12.52±4.41) ng/ml.2Genotype distribution conforms to the Hardy-Weinberg’s law. The data is of representative.360children (VDR) the gene Bsml spot gene distribution is Bb9cases,bb51cases and the frequency respectively is: Bb (15%), bb (85%). b (92.5%), B (7.5%). The unbalanced distribution of VDR the gene BsmI,B is superior gene and BB is superior genotype. BsmI polymorphisms distribution is imbalance in China. The different frequencies of the VDR the gene BsmI spot gene have been found between the Chinese, Australia,United States, and France (P<0.05)4The distribution of child’s VDR the gene BsmI spot gene distribution between male group and female group in Kunming. Male group child’s VDR the gene Bsml spot gene distribution frequency respectively is:Bb (3.7%),bb (96.3%); Female group child’s VDR the gene BsmI spot gene distribution frequency respectively is Bb (24.2%),bb (75.8%), There were no significant differences in two group (P>0.05); Male group child’s VDR the gene Bsml spot allele distribution frequency respectively is:B (1.9%),b (98.1%); Female group child’s VDR the gene BsmI spot allele distribution frequency respectively is B (12.1%),b (87.9%), There were no significant differences in two group (P>0.05).5Under the condition of don’t consider other factors, analyzed the relationship between VDR genotype and25(OH)D3, There were no significant differences in the VDR genotype and25(OH)D3.(P>0.05)Conclusion:1The mother during pregnancy without vitamin D supplements vitamin D levels was under standard of serum30ng/ml.2Bsml polymorphisms distribution is imbalance in China. There are several species differences. B is superior gene and BB is superior genotype in Kunming.3There were no significant differences in the genotypes and the frequencies of VDR the gene BsmI (Bb, bb) between male and female groups.4There were no significant differences in the25(OH)D3of VDR the gene Bsml (Bb, bb)...
