ObjectivesTo discuss the therapeutic effect of the united therapy of acupuncture and stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy for periarthritis humeroscapularis, meanwhile to compare randomly the result of treating periarthritis humeroscapularis with the single therapy of acupuncture and that of stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy, in order to provide a better way to treat periarthritis humeroscapularis.MethodsNinety cases suffered from periarthritis humeroscapularis are randomly divided into the acupuncture group, the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group and combining acupuncture with stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy. Each group is thirty cases. The patients of three groups were treated one time everyday.10days were a course of treatment. The treatment effects were measured by the articulatio humeri scale. The scores of the articulatio humeri scale was used to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of the three groups, as well as the clinical effects and differences among three groups.Results1.The total effect rates of group A, B and C is93.33%,73.33%, and73.33%respectively, with significant statistic different (P<0.05), Compared with group B and C, the effect rates of group A is superior(P<0.05). And the difference between group B and C was no significant (P>0.05). In the synthetical treatment group,9cases were cured,15cases were markedly effective,4effective,2cases didn’t respond to the treatment. The total effective rate was93.33%. In the acupuncture group,3cases were cured,6cases were markedly effective,13effective,8cases didn’t respond to the treatment. The total effective rate was73.33%. In the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group,2cases were cured,5cases were markedly effective,15effective,8cases didn’t respond to the treatment. The total effective rate was73.33%. There was markedly significant difference between the synthetical treatment group and the acupuncture group (P<0.05) and there was markedly significant difference between the synthetical treatment group and the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group (P>0.05). It showed that the therapy effect of the synthetical treatment group was much better than the acupuncture one and the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy one, there was no significant difference between the acupuncture group and the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group.2. After the treatment, the3groups could increase the pain intergration obviously(P<0.05). Among the3groups, the group A was superior(P<0.05). And the difference between group B and C was no significant(P>0.05).3. After the treatment, the3groups could increase the function of shoulder joint obviously(P<0.01). Among the3groups, the group A was superior (P <0.05). And the group B was better than the group C(P<0.05).4. After the treatment, the3groups could increase the ADL obviously (p<0.01). Among the3groups, the group A was superior (P<0.01) And the group B was better than the group C(P<0.05).ConclusionThe shoulder arthralgia and the limited activity of shoulder joint are the symptom expression of Periarthritis humeroscapularis. The therapy of the three groups can improve these patients’symptoms and signs on relieving pain and enlarging the activity of shoulder joint, and the curative scores of the synthetical treatment group were the best, Acupuncture with stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy were cooperated in treating Periarthritis humeroscapularis. The curative effect of the synthetical treatment group was much better than the acupuncture group and the stereo-dynamic interferential electrotherapy group.
