Comparison Analysis On The Occupation Health Management Between Chinese And Overseas

The occupational health management in European and American countries started early, its laws, regulations and management method is relatively perfect. By comparison, the level of occupational health management in China is relatively backward, and passive management way, efficiency is not high, the actual operation and regulations existing the disconnect phenomenon. The purpose of this article is to find the improve room of Chinese domestic capital enterprise occupational health management by the analysis of government occupational health management, occupational health and occupational health management mode, laws and regulations of Europe and the United States, as well as the occupational health management method in foreign investment enterprises in China, by combining the Chinese regulations into their own occupational health management system, such companies summarized their own management way though have the similar management steps in the view of surface. This article uses the way of summary of reference, literature material as well as the method of on-site experience, according to the previous occupational health management analysis studied by the experts and scholars in European and American countries, referring the occupational health data, and combined with the author’s working experience in the foreign investment enterprise. Expected by Europe and the United States occupational disease incidence of the incidence of occupational disease compared with China, Europe and the United States occupational health and occupational health management and domestic enterprises management, a wholly foreign owned enterprise occupational health management in China and domestic enterprises of the occupational health management, for domestic enterprises in management mode, personnel consciousness, resource supply, internal and external supervision and law execution, labor protection, occupational gaps such as file management, to summarize the domestic enterprises, especially private, the private economy in the occupational health management, existing problems, and find out the cause of the occupational health management in China is weak and expected to give improvement proposals. The purpose of this article is to compare the occupational health management practices between wholly foreign owned enterprise and Chinese domestic companies. Both of these two economies are required to follow the same occupational health management requirement, but from the practical point of view, it’s partly different. This article is target to give domestic enterprises, especially private some ideas on the way of occupational health management, highlights the gaps existing and expects to solve problems and make improvements.
