ObjectiveIn this study, by a systematic review of the fascia doctrine and myofascial pain syndrome. On this basis, efforts to explore the relationship between the human fascia theory, fascia trigger points and myofascial pain syndrome Observing the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of using Super laser therapy on trigger point for low back myofascial pain syndrome. It’s desirable to further improve the diagnosis technology of myofascial pain syndrome and afford effective treatment of Super Laser therapy to cure and prevention of low back myofascial pain syndrome under the evidence-based medicine.MethodsIn this study,60qualified researchers of low back myofascial pain syndrome, selected from the Guangdong Provincial Word Injury Rehabilitation Hospital. Those patients were randomly divided into two grounds. Treatment group for the treatment of Super laser on the trigger points, the control groups for the Chinese traditional acupuncture therapy on the trigger points. Treat the two groups patients every other day and20times as a curative course. Before and after the treatment and after three months after this curative course, measure the Visual Analogous Scale (VAS) scales and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RDQ) scales. Evaluate the curative effect of low back myofascial pain syndrome after one treatment course.ResultsTwo groups of patients were compared before the treatment,, it showed there were not significantly different of the two groups patients in age, gender disease, duration, VAS and RDQ scores (P>0.05).After one curative course, there was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in the total sores of the Visual Analogous Scale(VAS) scales and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RDQ) scales (P <0.05). It showed the treatment group was better than the control group on the effects of the relief of pain and improved quality of life. Adopting the curative effects of Chinese medicine syndromes, in the treatment group,3cases of patients clinical cure were observed (10.34%),12patients were significant effective (41.38%), and9patients were effective (31.04%), the total effective of the treatment groups is24cases patients(82.76%);in the control group,1case patient was clinical cure(3.45%),3patients were significant effective(10.34%) with15patients were effective (51.73%), the total effective of the control group is19cases patients (65.15%), but significant difference was observed (P<0.05). There was no side-effect reaction during and after the treatment course in the two groups.ConclusionTo summarize the above research results of the two groups patients:Both the two groups can relieve the clinical symptoms of low back myofascial pain syndrome, but the Super Laser therapy on trigger points for low back myofascial pain syndrome can is better. The Super Laser therapy on trigger points therapy can effectively improve the low back myofascial pain syndrome patients’clinical symptoms and patients body signs, release those pain and accretion, and improve low back myofascial pain syndrome patients working quality and life. It’s a simple, safe, economical and efficient method of rehabilitation therapy for myofascial pain syndrome.
