The Clinical Study On The Effect Of YiQiHuaYu Methor Combined With LNG-IUS Used In Perimenopausal Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

ObjectiveTo obeserve the clinical efficacy of YiqiHuayu methor combined with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in treating perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding, in order to provide clinical basis for treatment and improving the patients’life quality.MethodsCollected cases come from gynecological outpatient diagnosis of perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients from March2012to October2014in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group patients was palced LNG-IUS during menstruation, on the basis of the control group’s disposal, the treatment group was ginen YiqiHuayu Fang. Observe each group of TCM symptoms, hem-oglobin, coagulation function(fibrinogen(FIB), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), serum calcium (Ca)), hemorheology(the whole blood viscosity(higher and lower), plasma vis-cosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate) changes, abnormal uterine bleeding after placing LNG-IUS, analysis of the above indicators set, in order to probe into the effect of YiqiHuayu methor combined with LNG-IUS used in perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine ble-eding.Results1. In the treatment group, the difference of TCM cardinal symptom score, TCM symptom score, hemoglobin and hemorheology between pre-and post-treatment, is statistical significance(P<0.05).2. The difference of TCM cardinal symptom score, TCM symptom score, TCM symptom curative effect, hemoglobin and hemorheology between two groups is statistical significance(P<0.05).3, The difference of FIB, PT, APTT, Ca between two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).4. Compared with the treatment group and the control group, on the days of irregular vaginal hemorrhage cases after placement of LNG-IUS, the difference is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1.YiqiHuayu methor combined with LNG-IUS used in perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding can shorten the bleeding duration, decrease menstrual flow, improve anemia and QixuXueyu symptom.2. YiqiHuayu Fang can decrease abnormal uterus bleeding induced by LNG-IUS.3. YiQiHuaYu methor combined with LNG-IUS used in perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding, has no significant impact in patients’coagulation function.
