ObjectivesAs the population ages, the improvement of living standards, obesity and diet changes, there is an upward trend in the incidence of the disease. Therefore, for effective prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis has the vital significance, improve the quality of survival is a hot topic in today’s Chinese medicine treatment.This topic from the aspects of clinical observation, stab delay needle therapy for knee osteoarthritis pain and quality of survival, and to explore the gait analysis of patients with knee osteoarthritis, in order to provide the basis for guiding clinical, and verify its timeliness, provide new treatment way for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The results of the study will provide the medical service unit can correct evaluation of knee osteoarthritis patients’ QOL, improve the level of residents’ health services provide a scientific basis.MethodIn this study, subjects in the research group from December2012to December2013in our hospital wards and needle Concord90patients who met the inclusion criteria. A randomized, single-blind, controlled, prospective clinical research programs. Observe the control group (normal acupuncture group),(western medicine group), the experimental group (Qi stagnation needle prick+group), patients on KOA pain, quality of life and the impact of gait. The90patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into treatment order thorn stagnation of Qi acupuncture treatment group, ordinary acupuncture group and western medicine group three groups. Acupuncture five times a week, two weeks as a treatment interval of two days, to do the next course of treatment. All patients received two courses of treatment. Before treatment and after4weeks of treatment were used pain assessment standards (scoring), quality of life assessment standards (scoring), gait analysis for efficacy evaluation.Result(1) after4weeks of treatment, the three groups Megill score, gait analysis score after treatment than before treatment decreased than before treatment to improve the quality of life score after three treatment groups, statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P<0.05), three groups were effective in improving pain, improve gait and improve the quality of life aspects.(2) after4weeks of treatment, Qi stagnation thorn acupuncture group were significantly different (P<0.05) in the acupuncture group than the average score improvement Megill improve gait analysis to improve survival rates and quality; Qi stagnation acupuncture group than in the thorn there are differences in the quality of survival can not be considered temporary ordinary acupuncture group and western medicine group in improving Megill score, improving scores and improve gait analysis (; western medicine group with a significant difference (P<0.05) improvement in gait analysis to improve survival rates and quality of P>0.05).Conclusionqi needle stab delay group, the ordinary acupuncture group and western medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis and exist significant difference before treatment, significant curative effect, can improve the symptoms of patients; Second, the comparison between the three group general curative effect, qi needle stab delay group in alleviating patients with knee is better than common acupuncture and western medicine group. In short, neat stab delay needle therapy is an effective, simple and safe treatment method, to a larger degree in patients with knee osteoarthritis of the knee joint pain, quality of life and the improvement of gait, has significant clinical significance, can be used to promote.
