This paper majors in secondary metabolites from Saline, Bohai area and theirbiological diversity.To isolate fungi strains from Bohai sediments and study on the secondarymetabolites of marine-derived strain.242fungi were isolated from43samples fromland, water, animal and plants, so on. In the end, we have chosen90strains throughchemical screening. By antitumor evaluation on P388cell,14fungi have inhibitionactivity. Combined with its activity and HPLC,3fungis were chosen as our searchingfungi, including ZLQ-201(Hypocrea lixii)、ZLQ-43(Aspergillus versicolor)、ZLQ-69(Pencillium concentricum).Through we prefer the best culture conditions. Then we use the EtOAc as theextraction solvents. Through column chromatography, LH-20and preparative HPLC,we get the35compounds from3fungis. The structures were established byphysicochemical properties and spectral analysis, and comparison with the data ofliteratures. Antivirus activity were evaluated by CPE and MTT methods. At theconcentration of50μg·mL1, Compounds1、3、14and15exhibited activity againstinfluenza virus A (H1N1) with inhibition rate of82.9%、50.2%、67.6%and51.5%,respectively. The proliferation inhibition activities were evaluated by SRB methodwhile at the concentration of10μg·mL1, compound10、11、12、13exhibitedmoderate activities against p388cell line with inhibition rate of34.0%、23.4%、40.2%、67.7%. However, compound1、2、3have no cytotoxic ativity.Compounds1-2are evaluated to inhibit the M. phlei, but have no activity.Through compared to the document, we know that the naphtho-γ-pyrones havemoderate activity on M. phlei. ZLQ-69is identified as Pencillium concentricum.Through searching the document, Pyripyropenes and Phenylpyropenes are producedby this fungus. On the time, Pyripyropenes and Phenylpyropenes are reported thathave moderate activity on Cholesterol Acyltransferase. Up to now,22natural products are found in nature. We find16compounds, including3new natural products. Otheractivity is in progress including anti-inflammatory and anti-hepatoma cell.In addition, this paper targets in sediments from Bohai and Yellow Sea, selecting3fungis as our searching targets.35compouds are isolated, including6newcompounds. Through screening activity evalution, we found the biological activity ofsome new compounds and new targets of some known compounds, making efforts tothe researching of natural products.
