Object:1、Through the naked eye and microscope to observe CO2laser,1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser,1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulsed Yb-doped fiber laser’s cutting and vaporization capabilities and range of thermal damage to the surrounding tissue,When taking effect on the isolated NeW Zealand rabbits’buccal soft tissue. Determine the relationship of the energy density’s changing and four lasers’gasification index(the maximum gasification area, the maximum gasification Width, the maximum gasification depth) and indicators of thermal damage(the maximum thermal damage area, the maximum Width of thermal damage, the maximum thermal damage depth)2、Compare the difference betWeen CO2laser’s gasification index(the maximum gasification area, the maximum gasification Width, the maximum gasification depth)and indicators of thermal damage(the maximum thermal damage area, the maximum Width of thermal damage, the maximum thermal damage depth) With1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser’s,1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser’s and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser’s, When taking effect on the isolated NeW Zealand rabbits’buccal soft tissue.Methods:Get, fresh,adult, healthy NeW Zealand rabbits’buccal soft tissue.Then they are randomly divided into four groups. With the CO2laser,1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser,1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser,We set different poWer and different time to make the effect on the NeW Zealand rabbits’buccal soft tissue, use neutral formaldehyde to fix the tissues,make tissue slices.take photos With intelligent biological microscope camera, measure indicators of gasification index(the maximum gasification area, the maximum gasification Width, the maximum gasification depth) and thermal damage(the maximum thermal damage area, the maximum Width of thermal damage, the maximum thermal damage depth) With Adobe Photoshop CS6system)[1],analyze through Statistical.ResuIts:By changing four lasers’poWer and time on the buccal soft tissue of NeW Zealand rabbits, We knoW in the same energy density,the different reaction With different lasers.But generally consistent.The poWer density reaches the point When the tissue gasify,the basic performance of the gasification are potholes and thermal damage.CO2lasers and1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser lasers are able to make tissue vaporizationin at1W5s,1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser need20W25s,10W20s respectively.CO2lasers and1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser needed far less energy density to make tissue vaporization than1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser. Correlating the energy density With the index, We find CO2laser and1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser’s indexes have significant correlation With an energy density and the correlations are very large.CO2laser and1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser both measured indexes increases With energy density increasing(P<0.05).the maximum area of gasification (p=0.001), maximum gasification Width(p=0.002),maximum gasification depth (p=0.0013) maximum heat damage area(p=0.0009) of1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser Was positively correlated With the energy density.The maximum Width(p=0.5065) of thermal damage and the maximum depth (p=0.8347)of thermal injury have no significant correlation.the maximum Width of gasification (p=0.0011), maximum depth of gasification(p=0.0028) and maximum Width(p=0.0325)of gasification of1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser maximum gasification area Was positively correlated With the maximum thermal damage area.The maximum area of thermal damage(p=0.396),the maximum Width of thermal damage(p=0.3829), the maximum depth of thermal damage(p=0.3071) have no statistical correlation betWeen the energy density significance.this is the case, it may have a greater relationship betWeen the ablation threshold.Performing pair Wise comparisons of the analysis of covariance,controlling of the energy density, the maximum depth of vaporization, the maximum area of heat damage, maximum Width of thermal damage and maximum depth of thermal damage of1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser there Was no significant difference between the CO2laser(P>0.05).the maximum Wide of vaporization(P=0.0038) and the largest area of vaporization(P<0.0001)1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser are statistically significant differences With CO2laser, and the average over CO2laser’s Vaporization efficiency of1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser is loWer than CO2laser’s,have significant difference(P<0.05).Both of them have no significant difference in thermal damage area With CO2laser’s(P=0.8911).Conclusion:1、Vaporization energy density of CO2laser and1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser’s is far less than1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser’s and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser’s.2、vaporization efficiency of1940nm continuous Tm-doped fiber laser is higher than CO2laser,no significant difference of both in thermal damage.3、vaporization efficiency of1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser and1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser is loWer than CO2gasification efficiency,1070nm continuous Yb-doped fiber laser、1070nm pulse Yb-doped fiber laser and CO2laser have no significant difference in thermal injury.
