Clinical Effect Of Xiehuo-Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction Combined With 1550nm Erbium-doped Laser On Acne Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiehuo-Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction combined with 1550 nm erbium-doped laser in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods: Using a random-number group controlled trial,64 patients with grade Ⅱ～Ⅲ active lesions,and with wet and heat interweaving acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Xiehuo-Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction orally combined with 1550 nm erbium-doped fiber laser and Chloroiodide Hydroxyquine cream for external use(32 cases).The control group received Tanshinone Capsule orally combined with Chloroiodide Hydroxyquine cream for external use(32 cases).2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment and observation.The changes of lesions location and the number of skin lesions in the first,second and third visits were recorded by photographing.After the treatment,the scores of the number of lesions,GAGS score,efficacy index of each group before and after treatment were counted,and the statistical software was used for scientific analysis.Adverse reactions were recorded according to the actual situation.Results:(1)After 3 courses of treatment,the number of skin lesions and GAGS score in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than before treatment,indicating that the treatment methods in both groups were effective for acne vulgaris.(2)After each course of treatment,the number of lesions and efficacy index were compared between the treatment group and the control group.At the end of the first,second,and third courses,The median efficacy indexes of the treatment group were 16.67%,40.62% and70.38%,respectively,and those of the control group were 10.00%,28.80%,and 44.00%,respectively.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(3)After the final treatment,the marked recovery rate(76.67%)and total clinical efficacy index(90.00%)in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group(6.67%)and total clinical efficacy index(80.00%),the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Xiehuo-Chushi Xiaocuo Decoction combined with 1550 nm erbium-doped fiber laser has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne with active lesions,and it is safe and reliable,with little pain for patients and short delay period.It is worthy of further improving basic research and clinical application.
