Objective:To investigate the relations of different voltage electricalstimulation and myocardial histomorphology. Methods:Randomly selected30kunming mice and divided into group A、B. Group A(n=15):5v electrical stimulation group; Group B(n=15):25velectrical stimulation group. The stimulus frequency was10Hz andstimulation time was20minutes each day,a total of15days.After15days,we would kill each group of mice, and took out of the heart to make theminto slices. Then slices would be made with HE. Finally,we could observethe histological change of myocardial tissue by a optical microscope. Results:After HE staining, the myocardial tissue was enlarged400timesby the optical microscope. There was myocardial remodeling in eachgroup, which were three in group A and seven in group B.There was nostatistical difference in the rate of myocardial remodeling between twovoltage stimulation group(sP>0.05).However,we could not think that therate of myocardial remodeling was remarkable difference between twovoltage stimulation groups. The reconstruction of myocardial tissue washyperplasia in different degrees, and part of the myocardial cells was coarsing. Conclusions:When the electrical stimulation voltage is in5-25v andfrequency is10Hz, the myocardium may be remodeling in mice.
