Objective: Exploration1-methylhydantoine within different dosing way, dose toreduce the effects of growth hormone the rats.To investigate if the gastric feeding canreduce the growth hormone levels.Methods:Subjects:80adult female S-D rats. Grouping:80female S-D rats divided into twolarge group(10groups,each group has8rats) randomly which has different dosageincluding subcutaneous injection (H1-H5) and gastric feeding group (G1-G5),Eachlarge group set up blank control group (H1, G1group), model control group (H2, G2group), the experimental group (H3-H5and G3-the G5group). Processing: blankcontrol group (H1, G1group) with normal saline intraperitoneal injection of0.5mleach. Building the control group (H2, G2group) to10mg/ml phenobarbital model byintraperitoneal injection of0.5ml. Experimental group shall be first10mg/mlphenobarbital by intraperitoneal injection of0.5ml building, building10minutes thenfor each group according to the different method and dose of drug delivery: H3withinthe group, the G3group to give1-methyl ethyl ureide0.1mg, H4, G4group to give1-methyl ethyl ureide within1.0mg, H5within the group, the G5group to give1-methyl ethyl ureide10mg); Blank control group (H1, G1group), model control group(H2, G2group) to give PBS0.5ml, respectively.Blood sampling: each group areinjections of saline solution or phenobarbital building after20minutes,30minutesand40minutes through tail vein blood, centrifugal upper serum. Detection:according to the growth hormone of rats serum ELISA kit instructions do detection ofgrowth hormone levels, growth hormone level change between contrast groups.analyst: using computational SPSS18.0software, analyzing the results. Results:Build module and the control group compared with blank control group rats growthhormone levels increased significantly, blank control group30minutes afterintraperitoneal injection of saline solution growth hormone level was5.022+/-0.469ug/L. Building control group30minutes after the building of growth hormone levelwas10.00+/-0.748ug/L, The growth hormone values between the two groups havesignificance difference(P<0.05),suggests building success.2. The subcutaneous injection group can effectively reduce the level of growthhormone in rats. Subcutaneous injection of1-methylhydantoine within10mg group20minutes (that is, the building after30minutes), growth hormone level was2.960+/-0.202ug/L. Hypodermic ureide within1-methylhydantoine1mg and0.1mggroup can reduce the level of growth hormone in rats, the differences werestatistically significant (P <0.01).3. The stomach feeding group can effectively reduce the rat growth hormone levels;Stomach feeding within1-methyl ethyl ureide10mg/group only30minutes (that is,the building after40minutes), growth hormone level was4.212+/-0.525ug/L.Stomach feeding ureide within1-methylhydantoine1mg and0.1mg group canreduce the level of growth hormone in rats, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).That means the1-methylhydantoine with subcutaneously in rats cansignificantly reduce the levels of growth hormone.4. Subcutaneous injection effect is superior to the stomach feeding subcutaneousinjection group: subcutaneous injection of1-methylhydantoine with10mg eachreduce rat growth hormone, the lowest is2.960+/-0.202ug/L, stomach feedingwithin1-methylhydantoine10mg reduce rat growth hormone the lowest is4.212+/-0.525ug/L.The growth hormone of the rats have much difference (P <0.05), meaningsubcutaneous injection with1-methylhydantoine is better than gastric feeding.5. The subcutaneous injection groups reduce the lowest of point is after20minutesusing the1-methylhydantoine, and the stomach feeding groups reduce the lowest ofpoint is after30minutes using the1-methylhydantoine. Conclusion:1.The1-methylhydantoine can reduce the growth hormone levels of the rats bysubcutaneous injection and stomach feeding;2. Ureide reduced in the subcutaneous injection of1-methyl ethyl rat growthhormone effect is better than that of gastric feeding;...
