Theoretical Study And Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of YiQiYangYin Prescription Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis From Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective Firstly, to study etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of CAG by means of the literature of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine.Secondly,to prove the effectiveness of YiQiYangYin prescription treating CAG from deficiency of both qi and Yin through clinical trials.Finally,to elaborate its rationality from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine of YiQiYangYin prescription treating CAQthe pharmacological mechanism of YiQiYangYin prescription treating CAQetc.Methods Theoretic part:It Summarized pathogenesis and treatment of CAG by means of the literature of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,elaborated its rationality from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the pharmacological mechanism of modern medicine,etc.Clinical part:60patients of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups (30cases each group).For6months,treatment group was treated with YiqiYangyin decoction, control group was given YangWeiShu. Before and after,treatment Changes in patients with symptoms and pathological score were observed.Results Theoretic part Theoretic part:The theoretical basis of YiQiYangYin prescription treating CAG from deficiency of both qi and Yin was fully.Clinical part:The two groups were improved on these symptoms:Epigastric pain or burning、 gastric din、hypodynamia、dry or bitter mouth、dry stool、pulse condition,obviously, there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).The treatment group had symptomatic improvement in abdominalmass, anorexia better than control group(P<0.05).The comparison of patho-atrophy improvement between the two groups showed no statistical significance (P<0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group.The difference of the treatment group and the control group on the improvement of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion1.The theory of YiQiYangYin prescription treating CAG from deficiency of both qi and Yin is reliable.2. YiQiYangYin prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and pathological conditions.
