| Objective: To observe the Maogen chicken wek powder in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)clinical curative effect of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis were discussed,provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.Methods: from June 2016 to March 2018 60 cases collected from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach diseases,Professor Ceng Binfang outpatient suffering from chronic atrophic gastritis patients,using the control method,single blind,parallel randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given by Professor Zeng Binfang Fangmaogen classic chicken powder + conventional therapy wek,the control group received routine western medicine,which lasted for 6-8 weeks,to observe and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups,and the corresponding statistical analysis according to the results of data analysis,feasibility finally the treatment plan.Results:(1)after treatment,two groups of patients achieved satisfactory results,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,which was statistically analyzed(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy better than that of the control group.(2)after treatment,the TCM Syndromes of the two groups were evaluated.After statistical analysis,(P<0.05),the improvement of the symptoms of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)the TCM symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group found: treatment group of epigastric pain or pain,epigastric fullness,fatigue,poor appetite,poor appetite improvement,the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);onset time of the treatment group anorexia symptoms than the control the other group,the onset time and symptoms similar to control group(4) the situation changes in the patients after treatment: two groups after treatment than before treatment improved,but statistically,P>0.05,there is no significant difference.(5)during the clinical observation,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:(1)Maogen wek chicken powder has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis,and is better than the control group.(2)no adverse reactions were found in the course of the study,showed that chicken powder in Chine wek treatment and medication within the prescribed dose is safe. |
