The Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis With Yanggan Auping Mixture

ObjectiveThis dissertation mainly focuse on the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of the liver fibrosis which results from the chronic hepatitis B, and the aim is to find the clinical evidence that Yanggan Auping mixture can anti liver fibrosis.MethodsThe study is divided into two parts:The first part reviewed the research progresses of pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of liver fibrosis in Westen and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The clinical research part,40patients with liver fibrosis which are resulted from hepatitis B was into the research and they are also diagnosed to be SHIREXUEYU by TCM. Patients can be divided into two groups with the method of randomized, the treatment group taken Yanggan Auping mixture treatment, and the control group was treated with positive control medicine FuZheng HuaYu capsule. The two groups all had the antiviral treatment. The data of the liver function, serum liver fibrosis indexes, LSM, APRI and TCM syndrome integral from all the patients were recorded before and after the treatment, and these data were statistically analyzed.ResultsCompared two groups of patients before and after treatment, we find that liver function (ALT, AST, ALP, GLB, GGT, TB), liver fibrosis index (HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, IV-C), the syndrome integral, LSM, APRI are all declined significantly, but A/G value increased significantly.And the results showed no statistically significant difference between groups (P>0.05).We also found that gender and age have no significant effect on the improvement rate of HA,PCIII,LSM, APRI and the TCM syndrome integral. APRI associated with GGT levels significantly.Conclusion1) The key pathogenesis of liver fibrosis is stasis. Damp heat and the deficiency of Qi are always been exsit.2) Yanggan Auping mixture can delay or block the hepatitis B liver fibrosis, and the patients’ symptoms can significantly relieved.3) The patient’s gender and age can not affect the liver fibrosis’ therapy, and APRI values may be associated with GGT levels, but they are all subject to the further large-scale clinical studies.
