| Objective: To study the effective mechanism of acupoint application therapy on transcription factor T-bet, GATA-3expression of asthmatic rats. Methods:Forty Wister rats were randomly divided into normal control group (A), asthmatic model group(B), dexamethasone group(C), false acupoint application therapy group(D) and acupoint application therapy group(E).The asthmatic model of rats was established by ovalbumin (OVA). The expression of T-bet and GATA-3in the lungs of rats was measured with real-time PCR method. Results:The T-bet expressed in group B and group D significantly lower than group A.The GATA-3expressed in group B and group D significantly higher than group A. The T-bet/GATA-3in group B and group D significantly lower than group A,It has statistical significance(p<0.05). The T-bet expressed in group C and group E significantly higher than group B.The GATA-3expressed in group C and group E significantly lower than group B. The T-bet/GATA-3in group C and group E significantly higher than group B.It has statistical significance(p<0.05). The T-bet expressed in group C and group E significantly higher than group D.The GATA-3expressed in group C and group E significantly lower than group D. The T-bet/GATA-3in group C and group E significantly higher than group D.It has statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application therapy can raise T-bet and reduce GATA-3expressed in the lungs of rats. Acupoint application therapy can two-ways regulate expression of genes, so that the balance Th1/Th2can revert. It can achieve the aim of treat asthma. |
