Objecive:To evaluate the clinical value of Contrast-enhance ultrasonic for the diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods:We comprehensively searched the databases for including Cochrane library (Issue3,2013), PubMed Databases,CNKI, Wan Fang Database, Chao Xing medalink,VIP and CBM disc for clinical research reports of diagnosing breast cancer with Contrast-enhance ultrasonic (all from foundation to the Nov. of2013). QUADAS items were used to evaluate the quality of the included studies, the Meta-DiSc software (Version1.4) was used to conduct merger analyses on sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood radio and negative likelihood radio. The Heterogeneity test was performed and summary receiver operating characteristic curve (SROC) was completed. A funnel plot was drawn using deeks method of statal1.0software.Results:A total of19researches including1161patients were included. The value of merger specificity, sensitivity, positive likelihood radio, negative likelihood radio and DOR were0.79(0.75,0.82),0.86(0.83,0.89),3.92(2.77,6.56),0.18(0.13,0.26) and25.86(13.77,48.55), respectively, The area under of SROC curve(AUC) was0.9170. Deeks funnel plot suggested the publication bias was not significant (P=0.61).Conclusion:The current evidence show that Contrast-enhance ultrasonic has high sensitivity (86%) and high specificity (79%) in diagnosing Contrast-enhance Ultrasound. The positive rate in the breast cancer group is25.86times as high as that in non-breast cancer, Therefore, Contrast-enhance ultrasonic has good diagnostic values for breast tumors.
