Objective:To analyze the relationship of hyperuricemia with SLC17A1, SLC22A11gene polymorphism, Physical indicators and biochemical indicators to explore the possible susceptible genes and the relationship between metabolic syndrome among Uygur in Xinjiang. Methods:A questionnaire, physical examination, biochemical indicators, SLC17A1and SLC22A11gene polymorphism were done to participants. Cases were1024inpatients of hyperuricemia from the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, the first people’s hospital of Kashgar, people’s hospital of Turpan city, and so on. Controls were same aged1033people from physical examination center of same hospital and period, meanwhile excluded the people who had disease related to hyperuricemia and gout. Results:①The levels of BMI, Waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (ldl-c) were significantly higher than that of control group, but high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c) are lower than the control group(P<0.05).②Partial correlation analysis showed men of uric acid was positively correlated with BMI, waist circumference, FBG, and negatively correlated with HDL-C; Women of uric acid was positively correlated with waist circumference, SBP, FPG and TG, and negatively correlated with HDL-C (P<0.05).③The frequency of obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL-C levels, dyslipidemia and the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the case are higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The prevalence of high uric acid hematic disease is rising with the increase of metabolic syndrome components (P<0.05).④Compared the genotype distribution of SLC17A1gene rs9467596, rs3923, rs1179086, rs2096386locus in the case and control there were significant differences (P<0.05).⑤Compared the allele distribution of SLC22A11gene rs1783811locus in the case and control there were significant differences (P<0.05). A allele has the higher risk than G allele to become high uric acid hematic disease OR=1.156(OR95%CI=1.015~1.317).⑥Logistic regression analysis showed that there are statistically significant (P<0.05) of the variables were hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia, rs9467596, culture degree and economic income.Among them the high degree of cultural and economic income were protect factors for high uric acid s, the OR values were0.382(95%CI0.192~0.758),0.199(95%CI0.056~0.713), and the rest may be the risk factors of hyperuricemia (P<0.05). Conclusion:①The hyperuricemia have closely associated with the metabolic syndrome disease.②SLC17Al gene rs9467596, rs3923, rs1179086, rs2096386site and SLC22A11rs1783811site may be risk factor for high uric acid hematic disease.
