Objective:To explore white matter changes in the microstructure in patients with mild cognitive impairment by using diffusion kurtosis imaging, for its pathogenesis research provide valuable imaging information.Method:Collect Mild Cognitive Impairment in patients with clinically diagnosed with20cases,20cases in healthy volunteers, routine MRI scan and DKI scanning technology, measurement of FA value> MD value、MK values of bilateral frontal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, temporal lobe, posterior cingulated cortex, splenium of corpus callosum. As a result, in view of the difference of areas of interest to analyze its correlation with age and the education years.Results:Cases patients with left frontal lobe, left parietal lobe, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral posterior cingulated cortex, and bilateral occipital lobe FA values are lower than the normal control group, And changes in the left parietal lobe of the FA value in different age groups have significant difference; Left frontal lobe, right parietal lobe, left temporal lobe, left posterior cingulate cortex, and bilateral occipital lobe of MD values are higher than in normal control group; MK values of bilateral temporal lobe, left posterior cingulated cortex are lower than the normal control group, on the left side of the posterior cingulate cortex of MK value changes have significant difference between men and women. Cases patients with bilateral occipital FA value was negatively correlated with age and positively correlated with the fixed number of year of the education; The left occipital lobe MD value was positively related with age, and negatively correlated with the education years, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Diffusion kurtosis imaging to explore the pathogenesis of Mild Cognitive Impairment of cerebral white matter damage provides valuable information, the part of brain white matter damage have certain selectivity.
