| Objective:Detect the expressions of cyclinD1in breast cancer tissue in different kinds of clinical molecular subtypes,analyze its relationships with the expressions of ER,PR,Her-2and tumor size,clinical stage,level, menarche age and prognosis.Methods:The expressions of cyclinDl was detected in226cases of breast cancer tissue specimens by immunohistochemical method, its expressions in different kinds of clinical molecular subtypes were analyzed by Pearson chi-square test,its correlations with ER,PR,Her-2,tumor size, clinical stage,level and menarche age metastasis were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation.the influence of different expressions of cyclinDl on the prognosis were analyzed by the survival curve using the Kaplan-Meier test.Results:The expression of cyclinD1had no correlation with tumor size,clinical stage,level, menarche age and PR(P>0.05),was positively correlated with ER,which means higher the positive expression rate of cyclinD1, higher the positive expression rate of ER in breast cancer tissue.The expression of cyclinD1was negatively correlated with Her-2,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);which means higher the positive expression rate of cyclinD1, lower the positive expression rate of Her-2.In Luminal A type, Luminal B type,Her-2overexpression type and basal like type these four subtypes in breast cancer,in the positive expression group of cyclinD1,Luminal A type was highest proportion,but in the negative expression group of cyclinD1,Luminal B type was highest proportion,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);Higher the positive expression rate of cyclinDl,longer the tumor-free survival time. the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of cyclinD1and ER,Her-2had a significant correlation,and its positively expression prompted a relatively good prognosis,can be used as the prognosis indicator for breast cancer. |
