| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:The application of evaluation methods of evidence-based medicine,2002January to2012December in a domestic and foreign medical journals relevant clinical cases laparoscopic operation and open operation in perioperative period in hepatocellular carcinoma and evaluate the quality of control. Results:Results into the curative effect of19case control studies, into the overall method of literature study of high quality. Meta analysis results show that, compared with open operation, laparoscopic liver resection failed to significantly shorten the operation time, the results showed no significant difference between two groups(SMD=-0.39,95%CI-0.94--0.15,P=0.15).To reduce the amount of bleeding, the results showed a significant difference between the two groups (SMD=-0.76,95%CI-0.92--0.59,P=0.03).Can shorten the time of hospitalization.results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups (SMD=-0.86,95%CI-1.31--0.98,P<0.000001).Can reduce anal exhaust time.the results showed that the two groups had significant difference (SMD=-0.87,95%CI-1.18--0.56,P<0.000001).Conclusion:Conclusion laparoscopic operation can reduce the maximum operation effect on internal environment in patients, patients with discharge time, anal exhaust time were significantly lower than the open surgery group.Key words:Laparoscopic Hepatectomy;Open hepatectomy;Hepatocelluar carcinoma;Meta-analysis... |
