| ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic hepatectomy and the advantages and disadvantages compared with open hepatectomy.MethodsA retrospective analysis was performed, general and clinical data of 44 patients were the subjects. The study was conducted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College between July 2013 and December 2014.There is one group containing 21 patients who had received laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH)and another group containing 23 who had received open hepatectomy(OH).And the two groups are going to be compared in the aspects of general data, operative time, Intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion, blocking the hepatic portal, ipostoperative fasting time, indwelling drainage tube time, postoperative hospital stay, hospital costs and postoperative complications.ResultsThrough statistical analysis, comparing LH group to OH group, it can be found that intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion rate, blocking blood flow rate, postoperative fasting time, indwelling drainage tube time, postoperative hospital stay less in LH group, which has the statistical significance(P<0.05),But the operation time of LH group were higher than OH group, which also has the statistical significance(P<0.05).Although total cost of hospitalizationis in LH group is higher than that in OH group, it has no statistical significance(P>0.05).In LH group, there were one case of bile leakage, one case of ascites, one case of pleural effusion and one case of incision infection, and in OH group, there were two cases of bile leakage, one case of postoperative bleeding and one case of ascites. Results 44 cases were operated successfully,,no death case were found in both groups.ConclusionUnder demanding surgical indications, after complete preoperative evaluation,Laparoscopic hepatectomy is safe and feasible by the surgeons, who were skillful in laparoscopic technology and hepatectomy.LH has smaller trauma, faster postoperative recovery and shorter hospital stay and other advantages. |
