Microfracture Technique Patellofemoral Joint Patellar Lateral Support With The Release Of Arthritis Treatment

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic microfracture technique combined patellar lateral release and clean-up joint lavage treatment of patellofemoral arthritis. Methods:We collected109patients those who were diagnosed patellofemoral arthritisorthopedic bone disease in our hospital from February2009to March2013,they were conducted an analytical research. There were52and57cases in the arthroscopic microfracture technique combined patellar lateral release and joint lavage cleanup,respectively. We compared the analysis of VAS score, Lysholm score sheet, patellar tilt test, patella sliding test between the two groups in the preoperative,postoperative3months,6months and12months respectively. We observed and recorded the results of treatments and satisfaction of the patients after surgery.Results:Comparing with VAS score, Lyshlom scores in two groups before surgery general information, P>0.05, there were no statistically significant difference. The control group after3months VAS score, Lyshlom score were better than the experimental group, P<0.05difference was statistically significant. Experimental group after6months,12months, VAS pain scale score, Lyshlom score than the control group, P<0.05difference was statistically significant. Two groups of patients after sliding patella and patellar tilt test trials comparing the experimental group than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group after treatment the effective rate was90.38%, patient satisfaction was86.54%. The control group the effective rate was52.63%, patient satisfaction was40.35%. Conclusion:Arthroscopic lateral patellar joint technical support with the release of microfracture treatment of patellofemoral arthritis can effectively improve outcomes of patients and with a high degree of satisfaction after surgery. With the rehabilitation training,a good long-term outcomes after surgery. In the clinical management have very good meaning and promotion value.
